For the first time I used the services of the Fora-Tour travel agency and immediately they threw me and my girlfriend. I live 200 km from Vinnitsa, I booked a weekend tour to Lviv with a friend. I took 2 days off from work (I took a vacation at my own expense). Check out Friday night. On Thursday at 18-00 we are informed that the tour is cancelled. Moreover, from trusted sources, I found out that the tour still went, only we were apparently superfluous. That's just terrible! To all my questions: who compensates me for all this, the employees of the travel agency unanimously said that it was not their fault. It turns out. that it was my friend's fault. No conscience!!!!!! Whoever refuses, and no matter what happens, you had to go, and I am first of all a client, and to do so is simply to violate my rights. I do not recommend anyone to deal with Fora Tour. Disgusting, just no words.
