Disgusting!!! No words!!! Horror, horror, horror!!!

Eastern Ukraine tour - Uzhgorod, Mukachevo from Fora-tour Vinnitsa was purchased through Coral Travel. After leaving a review in Coral Travel, it became clear that the astonished employee did not know who they were collaborating with.

Tour for 3 days: transfers, 2 nights, 2 breakfasts, guide Yana 063 385 96 40 - fee 1 100 UAH.

I have never met such an unprofessional, deceitful person as our guide Yana - starting from speech (if it was just surzhik !!!) - broken, with words and phrases that do not exist in any language, the inability to build a simple sentence, caused disgust and reluctance to listen! Almost at every fundraiser, fraud, cheating, rounding off! Fee to the Saint Miklos castle - 10 UAH. (there is no entrance fee), a trip to Kosino - cheat 20 UAH. for each person, a trip to the Focus restaurant - a cheat of a few hryvnias on each dish per person ... the list goes on!

Hotel "Karpatsky Myslyvets", Mukachevo - the epic of the trip! We went into a cold room where it stank of bleach from a wet, dirty floor (smear, not wash, the essence of cleaning); lack of mosquito nets on the windows (this despite the fact that the hotel is located in the middle of the forest); dirty, retained "flavors" from previous guests sanitary unit; short sheets, dirty mattresses, a blanket (probably never washed in my life); black marks from extinguishing cigarettes on the back of the bed, in a conspicuous place. We slept in what we arrived - in outerwear (the staff refused to turn on the autonomous heating - since the heating season was over), afraid to move, so as not to once again come into contact with the "chic" bed linen and struggling with a feeling of disgust - we tried to sleep!

Good morning was not good! 3 tablespoons of buckwheat porridge, "little sausage" (which even the cat refused to eat), tea, margarine with bread ... Our guide fed us dinners no earlier than 16:00-17:00 in the evening (this despite the fact that there were children in the group 6 to 10 years).

What I really liked:

1) The Carpathians - this is a powerful charge of nature, water, energy and oxygen will not leave anyone indifferent, it's worth going here - alone, with a company, with a family - you won't regret it (just choose another operator, or on your own!)

2) Good, careful Neoplan bus drivers, thank you for a safe trip!

3) Local guide Olga Petrovna - omniscient about her region, and not only about it, and just a tireless girl! We wish you only the very best and the best!

FORA TOUR: I do not recommend this operator to anyone! Waste of money, time and after such a vacation you want to relax already in normal human conditions!

Fora tour (represented by the director, and all the guides that so brazenly deceive people), do not forget that the earth is round, and your inhuman attitude towards people will backfire on you!!!
