I bought a tour from the second time - I ordered a tour, but while the manager (Antonina) found out the questions that interested me - there were no tours left. Although he gave an advance payment for this tour and signed a contract. OK.

I bought a tour in Transcarpathia, the manager said that the tour was organized by their company, it turned out - no, the organizer was "Ethno-tour". Prices for excursions were not correct, it turned out that on average 10-20% higher. The manager generally gave bad information about the tour - probably because. the organizer is not "Feeria". The trip budget was 10K UAH. - 6K per tour (including NG banquet), the rest - pocket expenses, meals, excursions.

"Villa Bast" - the hotel has a restaurant, but you can't order anything there - the kitchen prepares only breakfast, which is included in the tour price. Nightmarish breakfasts: rice + a tiny piece of chicken + cabbage salad (there was no salt, oil in the salad .. yes, there was nothing at all except shredded cabbage), buckwheat + two microscopic meatballs, soup with MIVINA (in the morning after NG), etc. . delights. Everything is absolutely fresh, not tasty. Tea - a separate issue - is served in a decanter, brewed as I have not seen, but I assume that a couple of tea bags for 3 liters of water. If you want coffee - please - 6 UAH.

Suite room, with a bath, but there is no plug in the bathroom, bought at the local market for 6 UAH. OK.

The rooms were never cleaned (bed linen was not changed either), there was not even a trash can.

Euro 2. Older than mammoth shit, dirty inside and out. For 8 days of the tour, even the windows were not wiped.

New Year's banquet.

The table - about the same as breakfast - is not tasty, hot dishes are served cold, the cost is 600 UAH. not worked out completely. 1 bottle Odessa champagne for 6 people. The entertainment program is not bad, considering the contingent of vacationers - more than 80% - 40+ years.

Excursions.

In general, they are poorly organized - "galloping through Europe." The guide tried, a knowledgeable guy (local), but in the allotted time it was poorly possible to "discover the place".

I travel often, due to circumstances I can’t book tours in one place, but I’m sure that I won’t contact Fairy again.
