Travel company "Feeria Mandrov" we were very disappointed. The mood was spoiled from the moment of meeting with the guide and until the end of the trip it was improved only by the cities of Europe !!! Despite the excellent advertising of its director Zakharenok, reviews on the travel agency website and the stories of managers in the travel agency that cooperates with them, "Feeria" is just a dummy, designed for pensioners who go to Europe to sit in bars and restaurants, and grab something there at sales , and having absolutely no interest in the history and significant places, architecture and nature of those countries they are going to. In addition, "Feeriya" changes some rules of the tour at least once a week: either the prices for excursions, the cost of the tour, the conditions for ordering a tour, the conditions for early booking, and so on endlessly until the very beginning of the tour, for which we quarreled more than once with Yudina and an agent of our city. Rude attitude towards tourists. The guides are also not of the highest level: the guide Artem Biryukov, on the tour "We are going to Amsterdam", was almost silent all the way, sometimes he tried to tell something, but it was dry and boring, since he read all the information from the tablet and on the go tried to tell us. Don't worry about tourists at all, he followed Zakharenka's tourists-acquaintances and could easily add some trips with additional payment!!! I understand that all the guides are fellow students of Zakharenka from the Faculty of History from Zaporozhye, but they must have some level, they don’t teach history in high school, but accompany groups of tourists at all for little money !!!! Hotels are also not of the best level: instead of the promised double rooms, they settle in rooms with extra beds, clogged sewers and a terrible stench !!! The linen is not always clean, with hair, the floor is dirty. The buffet has a poor selection of dishes, there are no proposals for first courses. . in short, death to the stomach! The driver is also not the best choice: gloomy, unfriendly, looking for hotels for two hours. . .. Another know-how for numerous trips was that at the end of the trip the guide gives an envelope to tourists with a "request" in an orderly tone to be dropped to the drivers as a thank you, and even the agreed sum of 100 UAH. This is the first time we've seen this! The tour is not saturated, we didn’t see a lot of things live, but only from the bus window, NO ORGANIZATION !!!! So our tour ended with a spoiled mood and not a small sum spent in vain !!! We will not eat anywhere else with "Fairy" !!!!!!!! And we don't recommend you!
