I went to the May holidays with Fairy in the Balkans. Country reports here:

Macedonia http://gatta-bianka.livejournal.com/tag/%D0%BC%D0%B0%D0%BA%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1% 8F
Montenegro http://gatta-bianka.livejournal.com/tag/%D1%87%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B3%D0%BE%D1%80%D0% B8%D1%8F
Of the advantages of the tour - I certainly liked Macedonia and Montenegro, from Albania I got what I expected - exotic :). I have no complaints about hotels, food, transport.
Minuses. A few one-sided excursions - a lot of visits to churches, monasteries, but I would like to learn about the modern life of countries (architecture, art, economics), visit more natural objects. We also had a group tour under the agreement - for 3 people. Those. in theory, the seats on the bus should have been in a row and the hotel rooms should have been nearby. But in fact, on the bus we were sitting 2 rows apart from each other, but God bless it, we only had 3 of these crossings. And with accommodation in hotels, the rooms throughout the tour turned out to be quite remote from each other, despite the assurances of the manager that this issue could be settled on the spot. Everywhere we went to the hotel, tourists were already assigned to rooms, and requests to change rooms so that we were nearby turned out to be unsatisfied. Well, it's unpleasant when a guide in a Ukrainian group uses the word "Khokhly" without even intending to offend anyone.
