Extravaganza of incompetence

We went with Fieri to Croatia. I would not recommend Fieri to anyone.

It feels like they are trying to sell you a dog for the price of an elephant.

The absolute incompetence of managers, who know nothing and do not have information, has alarmed me.

When asked to book a room with a sea view or to find out what seats would be on the bus, I received the answer “we cannot guarantee anything”.

When I asked if the villa where we were supposed to live could be canceled, the girl from the travel agency made an indignant face and said, “What are you !! It will be SANCTIONS!!”.

On the last day before departure, the accommodation is still changed, for "supposedly" the best option. Shock!

They “Guarantee Nothing”, they are only interested in the guarantee of payment.

Unfortunately, these were not the last troubles, at the station it turned out that they had made only one insurance,

and under the contract they had to make two. On a call to the travel agency, the same girl said “you have ordered one”. Obscene expressions have already gone into the entrance, it’s good that I took the contract with me,

In general, after the scandal, another insurance was given the next day in Chop.

Accommodation at the hotel is also worth a separate discussion. The point of the tour itself is not Fieri, but another travel agency. Fiery intermediary. Those. the best numbers go to their own, the rest to everyone else.

Croatia is a good country, but I do not recommend going there with Fieria.
