Good company, excellent organization of the tour, I liked everything very much

My husband and I went on a tour of amusement parks in Europe (unfortunately, I didn’t remember the name of the tour) from 06/29/18 to 07/09/18. and I was very upset, I wound myself up in advance, so upon arrival I immediately decided to unsubscribe so that the rest of the tourists would be in vain

weren't nervous.

Do not believe the negative reviews, feel free to go with this company to rest. you will not regret!!!

More about the tour: the tour included rides to amusement parks,

water park, etc. Germany, Belgium, France + tour of Amsterdam and

free time in Paris (who is interested in more details), mixed air + bus.

The guide was Zhanna Onishchenko, just an excellent guide, many thanks to her!!!

1. The tour was excellently organized, everything that was included in the program and for which the money was paid was provided, there were no force majeure.

Excursions were interesting, even with pleasant surprises.

2. Hotels were everywhere 4 *, only in Paris 2 *. Naturally, European 4 * (this is not Egypt or Turkey). The only thing I did not like was the hotel in Emmen (Holland), but here the question is not for the travel agency, but for the hotel, it obviously does not pull on 4 *. In general, the hotels were good, everything was clean, the service was normal, they were accommodated immediately upon arrival, the breakfast was delicious and varied. In Berlin, the hotel was simply chic. The location of the hotels is good, convenient for independent walks around the city, mostly everywhere in the center

3. The bus is clean, comfortable, the driver is good, the air conditioner worked.

4. They didn’t force me to go on paid excursions, everything was at will.

5. For those who wanted to walk around the city themselves, Jeanne gave maps and

she explained how to get where, she also taught everyone how to use the Paris metro, so that they themselves would not suffer for a long time, especially those who do not know a foreign language. In general, Zhanna helped with everything she could, with any question you could turn, decide, tell where it is better to go, where shops / establishments are cheaper, etc.

6. The flight was with UIA.

For fun, I calculated how much such a trip would cost if we went by ourselves - according to my calculations, it’s definitely not cheaper, if not more expensive.

In the future, I plan to travel with this company more than once and I recommend everyone to use their services! And the negative reviews about them are not clear to me personally, I did not regret for a minute that I went on this tour!
