In general, I have a more positive opinion about the company. They found me the most comfortable flight with a transfer in Kyiv, my luggage flew on my own to the end, the hotel was wonderful, with a very convenient location, the transfer was carried out conveniently in time (from there), it was possible to buy additional excursions.
I was very pleased with the very opportunity to independently decide what and when to do, if you want - you walk around Budapest, you get tired - you buy an additional excursion and go home with the group. What is noteworthy in the compiled group there were a lot of complaints about other travel agencies (Russian) that settled people in the middle of nowhere, even taxi drivers did not know where these hotels were located, they did some kind of hemorrhoid transfers, for example, they pick up people at 6 in the morning and put them in the airport , and people have a plane at 4 pm. I also had half a day to walk, then they brought me to the airport, things were all the time free of charge in the storage room at the hotel. That is, in terms of organization, in general, everything was at the highest level, I even managed to go on an additional excursion to Austria.
Regarding the bad, the only thing that upset me was some kind of passivity of the manager who sold me this tour. I had to call every day and wring my nerves so that they finally found me a flight and a hotel, because the situation was very interesting, for example, today they offer me a hotel, but I can’t confirm it, since there are no tickets for these dates yet, ok, we are waiting for tickets, they found me good tickets, I confirm, I’m ready to buy, it turns out that there are no more places in this hotel, we are looking for another one, while we find another, tickets are already disappearing. Here is such a gymnastics. Perhaps I misunderstood something, and when one thing appears, I need to book it quickly, and not wait to see if they will find me for these dates and another, but in this regard, I think the manager should have taken care of me, for which he receives a salary.
