Terrible transport service

Went to Croatia on a bus tour organized by Feeria. I have been traveling by bus with different maintenance for a long time, but this is the first time I have met such an attitude towards tourists - an old, antediluvian minibus was allocated as a transport serving the group along the route, with an inoperative air conditioner (and this is at a temperature of 42 degrees !!!), with not opening windows, what to speak of absolutely uncomfortable seats and non-working audio and video equipment. It was hell on wheels! After numerous complaints, screams and other emotions from the group, the bus was replaced in Budapest, and we drove the rest of the way in comfort ... But the new bus safely broke down on the way to the excursion to Dubrovnik and on the way back from Makarska to Chop (more 1000 km) we were again allocated our old "enchanting" bus, and this time no indignation and screams helped - we spent the whole way back in this hell! The peak of my impressions was a boiled radiator on a mountain serpentine in Croatia - the bus is standing on the highway, inside the bus and on the street - it was hot, the drivers were in a panic - I could only dream of this in nightmares! By the way, about the drivers, during the whole tour they were replaced by seven and their professionalism, and in some cases their adequacy, raised doubts. I especially liked the answer of the owner of the bus, who, to the remark about the inadequacy of the driver, replied "What do you want from him ?! Before he came to you, he spent 40 hours continuously behind the wheel"! Thanks for staying alive!
