1. We chose the extravaganza, as they are the only ones with a direct flight to Marsa Alam.
2. Arrived in Marsa Alam. All were brought to the left hotel. They refused to communicate and explain something, we blocked the bus on which we arrived. They demanded to be taken to our hotels, which were originally booked.
Extravaganza canceled the reservation at our hotel without our consent. Where the money went, one can only guess.
The driver tried to crush people, his keys were taken away. It was hell, we were threatened, promised to fix everything 'tomorrow'. They offered food and water only if we left the bus.
As a result, we still settled in our hotel after 7 hours. Vacation ruined.
