"Amusement parks" with "Fairy" (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France).

Trip from 28.04.2011 - 09.05.2011 The total cost in Europe for two was 850 euros (for park tickets, meals, souvenirs).

Day 1 - meeting at the railway station in Kyiv and boarding the train. I want to immediately prepare those who have not traveled by the Kyiv-Berlin train. The compartments are tiny for three, the shelves in the compartment are all three on one side, and if they are laid out, then it is impossible to sit on the lower one (people are stuffed like herrings - terribly uncomfortable). I understood why people are offered to buy all the compartments. But, attention!!! It is not a fact that you will be in the same compartment with your child, even if you buy all three seats. They can even accommodate the whole family in different compartments, but not everyone wants to change. If you do not have good physical data and a slender figure, then it will be extremely difficult for you to climb onto the third shelf.

Day 2 - upon arrival in Rzepin, a group of 46 people (mostly children) get on a bus with one (!) driver (it was explained that all the drivers on the tours are busy during the May holidays). During the trip, the driver allowed himself to smoke with the window open (probably in Europe this is not prohibited). Due to the fact that there was one driver, we left the hotels at 10.00 - 10.30 in the morning (they explained that the bus had to wait 11 hours). Late arrivals (around midnight) to transit hotels with children were very annoying (after all, it would be possible to leave the hotel at 8.00 and, accordingly, arrive at the amusement park earlier and, in turn, return to the hotel earlier). With the declared "knurled" route, this circumstance indicates a clearly ill-conceived organization. On the second day of the tour, we had a tour of Berlin (quite sufficient for those who were the first time in this city). Buy tickets to the zoo on your own. There was more than enough time to explore it. We went to the aquarium (if you have not seen this before, you can visit). There was also time for lunch in a cafe (the portions are huge, take one for two with a child). I liked the zoo very much! Transfer for the night to Hannover at the Park inn hotel (the hotel chain is very good, the room has an electric kettle with coffee / tea, a hairdryer, an LCD TV (though without Russian channels, by the way, as in subsequent hotels), there was even a hot board for ironing pants, There was only liquid soap in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent (fruits, yoghurts, muesli, scrambled eggs, ham, pastries, cheeses with and without mold). www.hannover.parkinn.de

Day 3 - transfer to Heide-Park (driving 2.5 hours). We rode on Saturday from 11.30 to 17.00 (the lines are huge, we stood for 1-1.5 hours for extreme slides), so we didn’t have time to ride everywhere, but we visited the main ones. Recommended: colossos, scream, krake, limit (www.heide-park.de). If your child is already 12 years old, then tickets are bought from the guide at the price of an adult (although no one asked for a passport at the entrance to the park). We ate at fast food, I didn’t want to waste time at the cafe. Moving to the Netherlands in Helendoorn, hotel of the same name (www.fletcher.nl). The town is very beautiful, fabulous. The hotel is good, the bathroom had shampoo, liquid and solid soap, shower caps, there was no hair dryer. The breakfast is sufficient (there were no only yoghurts).

Day 4 - Visited Keukenhoff Park (tickets for 10 euros). Very beautiful park! Despite the huge number of people, we managed to enjoy the beauty and take wonderful photos. The herring was very tasty. We were in the park for 3 hours. Transfer to Amsterdam 30-40 minutes. There was a holiday in Amsterdam, the streets were crowded and very dirty. The second time being in this city was a bit boring, the amusement park on Dam Square (for a child) made a difference. We spent the night at the Tulip inn www.tulipinnoosterhout.nl (90 km from Amsterdam) - there is no bar in the room, no hairdryer, old TV, the bathroom had a shower and bath, Dove liquid soap and solid soap. The breakfast is good.

Day 5 - "mini-Europe" park - excellent!!! (www.minieurope.eu). Good tour of Brussels. Mussels did not like once again, chocolate is not for everybody. The waffles with ice cream, cream, banana, strawberries and chocolate were delicious - 7 euros (one is enough for two). We spent the night in Lille, Campanille hotel. Feature: houses on the street, on the second floor without an elevator via a twisted staircase entrance from the street. You can turn on batteries in the room, there was a tea / coffee set, a hairdryer, disposable shower gel, disposable soap, there is no bar. Breakfast for France is good (yogurt, juice, muesli, ham, cheese, pastries).

Day 6 - to Paris!!! First there was a bus-walking tour (interesting). Then check-in at the Villa Bellagio hotel (metro 7 Villejuif Paul Vaillant-Couturier - drive to the center about 40 minutes). It takes about 30 minutes to walk from the hotel to the metro, 15 minutes to the nearest minimarket. The hotel is behind the ring road, but the hotel itself is good (large rooms with a kitchen: with a stove, microwave, dishes, refrigerator; separate toilet and bath, no hair dryer, no bar, LCD TV). The most pleasant thing was the view from the window and from the balcony - to the Eiffel Tower! In the evening there was a boat trip on the Seine (Katya Oleinik made a pleasant surprise - wine with brie cheese - delicious!), then on a bus around Paris at night to French music and Katya Oleinik's own poems - it was just great !!!

Breakfast at the hotel did not please anyone: there were only croissants, baguettes and coffee, juice. But this is so characteristic of Paris that I was prepared in advance. It was one unpleasant thing that everything was served in disposable dishes to our group, while other hotel residents were served normal dishes, and the assortment was wider (+ yogurts, fruits).

Day 7 - trip to Disneyland (www.disneylandparis.fr). Here, unpleasant little things begin to be noticed. We left at 10.30 in the morning and arrived at the park at 12.00 (which is a bit late for Disneyland, given that it was open until 19.00 that day). Tickets for 55 euros for only one park, I wanted to go to two parks - I had to pay another 40 euros (at the box office for both parks 69 euros, and if you book in advance, which is what travel agencies do, then their cost is 30 euros for one park and 40 euros for two parks - see info on the Disneyland website). By the way, our tickets cost 40 euros. Katya recommended that everyone go only to Disney Park, citing the lack of time, although older children like Disney Studio more (which, however, I did with my son by first running around Disney Park, where Cosmos slides, Indiana Jones and the haunted house were worthy of attention, and then taking pictures children's attractions, we ran to the Disney studio, where we had a blast on the Tower, Rock-roller. It was cool to see "Armageddon" and "tramtour". There were not so many people in this park, the queues went very quickly and we had the opportunity several times ride your favorite attractions. In the evening we went to Montmartre, it was a wonderful walk!

Day 8 - independently in Paris. Here, who wants to see what. Thanks to Katya, who helped people deal with the subway and escorted those who wished to the opera and the perfume store.

Day 9 - we left (for some reason at 10.30) to the Asterix park, where we had a lot of fun (it was Friday, there were few people, the queues were not long, the park was beautiful and calm), we managed to ride all the rides several times (www.parkasterix. fr). We were in the park from 12.30 to 17.00. We arrived at the transit hotel in the Netherlands (www.nh-hotels.com) at midnight. The hotel is good, the room had: kettle with coffee / tea, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo, there was no bar, the room was large and tidy. The breakfast is good.

Day 10 - left the hotel at 10.30 to the park www.phantasialand.de. We rode almost all the attractions, each of them is interesting in its own way. We especially liked Colorado, Black Mamba, Mystery castle, Rase of Atlantis, Schnek the dragon. We drove to the hotel for 6 hours, arrived at the first hour of the night, searched for the entrance for a long time, which was closed for the night. Hotel Quellenhof in Helmstedt (transit on the outskirts of a small town) is located in a picturesque place on the lake (we saw this in the morning while waiting for departure from the hotel). The breakfast is good.

Day 11 - left the hotel at 10.30. We did not visit the water park declared in the program (we explained that we would not be in time for the train and, in general, groups never visit it). Instead, they promised to bring it to a large market in Berlin to stock up on the road. But later the trip to Berlin was also canceled (they say the city has a holiday on May 8 and we will be checked at the entrance to the city, which will take a lot of time), we went straight to Rzepin to a tiny store. Here the guide misinformed everyone, recommending to exchange for zlotys for 30 euros for two. With difficulty, everyone spent zlotys for 10 euros, because there really was nothing to buy! The children were bought all the most unnecessary for the trip - chocolate, chips, because there was not even fresh bread and dairy products, not to mention the more essential. Well, okay, already in the morning our Ukraine fed us dumplings (locals traded on the train at the stations).

At the railway station in Rzepin we sat waiting for the train for 3 hours. It was there that the most unpleasant situation arose, which completely tarnished the reputation of the "Feeriya" and forced to restore in memory all the shortcomings of the trip. Upon arrival in Rzepin, the guide informed us that there were no train tickets for 7 people !!! And she will solve this issue by placing people in twos!!! on the same shelf (mothers with small children) and bribing guides. Perhaps we should have been very happy and grateful?! The question of reimbursement of the cost of tickets for those who made room, did not please Katya. The conductor of the car turned out to be principled and said that she would not let people into the car without tickets, but there was a half-empty neighboring car, where Katya was forced to buy a seat in a compartment from the conductor. At the same time, the conductor warned that if there were passengers with tickets for these places in Warsaw, then we would simply be dropped off the train. Until 23.00 (stop in Warsaw), we were just in shock from this situation. I do not think that when buying a "comfortable, well-knurled children's tour" you want to have similar problems with elementary things - travel. Moreover, this situation is no exception, according to the guide, problems with tickets arose in previous tours, and apparently their decision was “dashed off” in a similar way. Of course, we still arrived, but imagine with what nerves!!! This is not the first time I have traveled on a group tour, but the guides have always solved certain problems quietly without attracting the attention of the group, taking care of the comfort and tranquility of tourists. Here on the face was simply unskilled work done.

It’s a pity, because the tour itself is interesting, the hotels were good, the parks are magnificent, and most importantly, my son liked it.

But such blunders as the discrepancy between the contents of the tour and the declared on the Internet and in the information sheet; open speculation on group tickets to the parks; and most importantly - negligence in providing travel (and this is really negligence, because the tour was paid for back in February and in two months it was possible to redeem all the train tickets and there is no need to deceive us and come up with problems with buying tickets) - this does not adorn the travel agency. Even more aggravates the situation - the fact that this tour is designed for children, and naturally should be organized with greater responsibility.

For myself, I decided not to use the services of the Feeria company anymore, I do not trust her.
