Holiday ruined by Fairy

I want to thank the professional team of Feeria for the professional disruption of the London Avia tour (28.06-07.07) under the auspices of "documents in Warsaw what can we do"

Initially, I was struck by the indifference of managers Alena Dovzhenko and Co.

1) the application for the tour was submitted on 05/23/2013 with a request to select hotel options (3-4 *) from 06/28 to 07/07 as soon as possible

selection of any hotel took 6 days!!!

2) May 29 offered 1 option, we agreed with the fool out of hopelessness, it was necessary to immediately break off relations with Fairy (other firms offered a maximum of 2 days).

Constant calls only from our side, constantly the phrase "you do not worry."

3) The full package of documents was submitted on Thursday 05/30/2013, on Friday 05/31/2013 at 16-45 there was a call from the manager whether the visit to the embassy on June 7 suits us. I replied that I was satisfied. They promised to call back. I would like to know if our visit will take place on June 7th. If yes, for how long. Where and when do we receive a package of documents with a hotel reservation, air tickets and payment of the consular fee. There was no answer.

It turned out that we were only booked for 10.06!!!!

4) On June 10, a memo was sent about a meeting at 14-00 near the visa center with a representative of the company (no name, no phone number). We arrived at 13:30. We stood near the entrance until 14-00, then called back to Fairy. We were asked to write down the phone number of Lyudmila's representative, who was sitting QUIETLY all the time near the visa center on a bag called "Feeria!

When we dialed her number and found her among the crowd, the answer was: "I can't call everyone back. Too many people!"

5) when communicating at the visa center with me - Polynskaya Olga Leonidovna, an error was found in filling out the questionnaire (departure date 28 AUG 13 arrival 07 JUL 13)

The operator asked how a mentally normal person could arrive on August 28 and return on July 07. We'll see my reaction, advised me to fix it manually on June 28th.

6) Lyudmida replied that a mistake was made in the visa department of Feeria. When I left the consulate and called Feeria back, I did not get a clear answer....

7) 12.06 managed to "tear out" the form of the contract. The houses were filled and handed over to Alena Dovzhenko. She said that they would be signed on 17.06. 18.06 having come to the Feeria it turned out. that no one knows where they are. Offered to write again! On June 19, the courier finally did not forget them... The contract is in euros, which is contrary to Ukrainian law.

Agreement 19.06 - payment for the tour 30.05 100% - 27981 UAH. 60 kopecks and 04.06 for tickets 5840 UAH.

My lawyer at work said a little something - 100% win in court. How did you feel...

8) the final of the 1st round of this sad story - no passports 06/27/13

We are not flying on 06/28/13 - ruined vacation, lack of money, spoiled mood...

Please return our money as soon as possible! The service is not provided in full volume !!!!
