We were recommended by friends that this agency gives discounts. But as it turned out, the attitude of the manager is disgusting. We came to the agency in order to buy a tour to a 5 * hotel of a good level, they offered me the Continental Plaza hotel and said that it was urgent to leave an advance payment, that the hotel was very good and low price. We came home, read the reviews and it turned out it was not at all what we expected. We were refused to change the hotel, the manager replied that we already have a lot of work, and are we being so picky. Although we immediately said that we needed a 5 * good level. She simply did not want to deal with us, when I called her the manager answered that she would call back and did not call back. We had a good rest, but only a positive attitude helped us. The hotel is of a very low level.
