We wanted to take a ticket to a honeymoon trip through the Pharaoh agency. But when we got there, we found a scandal between the clients and the staff of the agency. People swore that they had been deceived for the hotel and they were also robbed. themselves of those people with obscene abuse in front of us. As a result, our mood was spoiled, the tour was not chosen, and even rude to the next, "They say the pickles go here!". →

We were recommended by friends that this agency gives discounts. But as it turned out, the attitude of the manager is disgusting. We came to the agency in order to buy a tour to a 5 * hotel of a good level, they offered me the Continental Plaza hotel and said that it was urgent to leave an advance payment, that the hotel was very good and low price. →



The manager did not pick up the tour at all

We went to the travel agency to pick up a tour for 4 people, the manager could not describe the city at least in a nutshell, at the asking price, also taking our phone and e-mail: she didn’t call back, she didn’t send a selection of hotels. Obviously disappointed! We spent half an hour at the agency without getting at least some description of the country, advice on the best hotel (and we were talking about an expensive tour). →
