They relented, everything was formalized, I just came to the agency and took the documents. Excellent service, completely satisfied. There were no flight delays, everything is in order. They even sort of flew out earlier, but the plane was old. We were offered excursions on vacation and we took advantage of them headlong, but it's not worth it. They told us so about everything, but in fact it was not at all like that, they just hung noodles on their ears. When we arrived in Egypt and had to go from the airport to the hotel, we waited a very long time for some passengers who left by taxi themselves, and we waited for them for an hour. This was an embarrassing moment.
