The first time we bought a tour by accident, because we bought it on the day of departure and just looked for where there are empty seats. I liked everything very much. Igor Semenyuk was the escort of the second bus, but despite this, he remembered everyone in our bus by name, where the person came from and his preferences. After that, we were presented with a tour through another company, as if one of the best, but there we were inanimate objects, just regular tourists. →

I’m from Kiev, I didn’t have to choose a tour much, because I ordered it almost on the last day, and that’s how I got to the Zhytomyr operator, as it turned out later, I didn’t regret it a bit. I have been on tours around Ukraine a lot and with different operators, but I did not expect such accuracy of planning, organization of every day and a clear approach to each tourist! We were picked up from Kyiv by a good comfortable bus. →

We went to Transcarpathia in May 2014! Just got around to leaving a review. 1. A bus hired by a travel agency is a wreck! The heating does not work, the nights were still cold (despite the beginning of May), terribly cold (both back and forth)! Those who write positive reviews about this trip just drank all night, and they were not cold (we had such, I remember, they rattled bottles all night). →

We bought a New Year's tour 30.12.2014-04.01.2015 to the city of Khust. We were accommodated in the NARCIS scoop sanatorium, there was no hot water, there was only warm water. This is nonsense, compared with the group leader VLADIMIR, who has been in a CORKSCREW since the meeting of the NEW YEAR. The route from the program was changed by 70 percent, the transfer is prohibitively expensive, more expensive than the local Taxi. →

People!!! do not fall into the hands of the charlatan Igor Semenyuk represented by his travel agency Universal-Tour!!! This company does not bear any responsibility for their actions! evil fate, prompted them to book a New Year's tour in Transcarpathia. . . the tour consisted of 4 days, which, according to the program, are scheduled by the hour with visits to local attractions! However, the organizer of the trip, Igor Semenyuk, and his assistant Pavel, without any explanation or alternatives, simply ignored half of what was stated in the booked tour. →

We chose this company because of the price, it was slightly below the average bar. In response, they were very burned: - the hotel is cold - breakfasts, dinners - disgusting (rice with frozen vegetables, chicken chop) - you have to pay for everything (immediately before leaving for the ski resort there was an announcement "We are not going to Play, but to Izky, which are twice as close, but you still have to pay 70 UAH for the transfer" (by minibus it costs 20 UAH, on a custom-made bus 30 UAH, we specially found out)) - there is no exact answer from the employees, the food at the New Year's buffet sucks, there is no water at all and they definitely do not want to give it, this was the answer "I paid them everything you gave me, I also said to give everything you ask, so don't questions for me. →

Like many tour companies were chosen spontaneously. Arranged the time and date of the trip. I didn't expect much from the trip. But in the end it was one of the best trips ever. Since I have the experience of bus tours (including Europe), I have something to compare with. The excursions were very well planned. It was very interesting. We visited a lot of places (Castles, Lake Synevyr, Beregovo, thermal waters) and there was enough time to enjoy the nature of Transcarpathia. →

Our company of 5 people chose the trip on the Internet and did not regret it at all. There were small working moments on the bus of about 50 people (for the first time we eat with so many people and thought it would be a mess, but ..), thanks to the leader, drivers (separately .., they sometimes managed to solve some of the problems). And most importantly, THANKS to the Transcarpathians, (no, not for accommodation, food, hot water, etc. →

Arriving home after the New Year holidays in Khust, I wanted to immediately write a review, but as always I debugged it for tomorrow. And so… I would like to express my gratitude to the Universal Tour agency for the holidays spent outside the noisy city. Reading the previous reviews I fully support these people. Organization, attitude to tourists, drivers are all at the highest level. →

I chose the travel agency by chance on the Internet without recommendations, but I did not regret it a bit. First of all, positive emotions from the organizer Igor Semenyuk. Really, a man in his place. Not once during the entire tour did we feel abandoned to the mercy of fate. All issues were resolved peacefully, quietly, without emotions (although bus tours are always a little on the nerves). →
