Baltic voyage and cruise to Stockholm killed

Very unprofessional work. Arranged a tour for another 7 Sept. , 2 weeks prior to departure with a departure date of 22 Sept. They convinced that the tour is guaranteed, the only question is the number of tourists and the size of the bus. 18 Sept. comes the cancellation of the tour and offer an alternative tour or a refund. We agree to an alternative. 21 Sept. comes the cancellation of the tour, at the very last moment. The money was returned to the card. But, 1) they were notified of the cancellation at the very last moment 2) it was no longer possible to cancel the issued vacations 3) the negative attitude due to the missed vacation and the destruction of such rainbow plans 4) there is no time to find an alternative (second half of Friday) 5) blocked my number I couldn't get through to any number. companies (included my number in the blacklist).
