Was on the tour "New Year's tour in Rivne" a few days ago.

1. The bus broke down an hour after leaving the tour (December 31). We stood on the Zhytomyr highway for almost 4 hours before the next one arrived in the cold. Nobody even apologized. The guy at the track, selling bath brooms, chopped firewood for us, lit a fire, and so we warmed ourselves for these hours.

2. The next bus was killed, the seats did not recline, it was blown from different sides, the average speed along the highway was 60 km / h.

3. Accompanying administrator Sergey is a person who is not familiar with this profession. His interest lies exclusively in the field of religion, which he got everyone in order. During the tour, they did not leave time for independent inspection and photos, while not showing everything. For lunch it was 30-45 min., and this is without pre-order. During this time, we had to find a cafe, order, eat and arrive at the bus. During the breakdown of the bus, Sergey behaved inappropriately, hid, constantly lied about the decisions on the new bus, "fed him with breakfast." He did not respond to requests for sanitary stops. The toilet stopped mainly near churches and monasteries, the toilet is outside, the temperature in them is appropriate and the amenities are too.

4. Upon arrival at the hotel, Sergey left us all in the cold (4 hours in the forest on the highway, apparently, was not enough) and went to find out. We went to reception and checked in.

5. Upon check-in, the room was about 15 degrees, the batteries were cold. The travel agency knew about this in advance (checked with the hotel administrator), since it was not the first time and the problems were constant there, but they hid it and when ordering the tour they said that the rooms were warm. 6. We had to get heaters in the room ourselves, the travel agency did not provide any assistance. Sergei said that it was not his responsibility.

7. New Year's banquet: on the second floor, where the tables were, there was practically no program. For 10 people from alcohol there was 1 bottle of Sovetovskoe champagne and 1 bottle of 0.5 vodka. The first table setting with cold cuts and salads was not updated until about 2 am, when they finally brought "kebabs" and hot. At about 3 a.m., fish and grill were served) Nobody lived up to the sweet, although the waiters said that it was) This despite the fact that the last of us dispersed at 5 in the morning.

8. The quality of excursions conducted by local guides is very different.

I liked the guide at the Museum of Cosmonautics and Tarakanovsky Fort. These people are in the right place.

9. The only thing that saved our New Year's holiday was the people, the company, the tourists themselves, who involuntarily became hostages of this tourist disgrace. Thank you guys!

But I will not go with this office again and I will dissuade my friends.
