Travel agency is terrible

When buying a tour to Koktebel, the representative said that it was a maximum of 10 minutes to go to the sea, the new hostel had just been built, in the end they arrived, met us, got into the dead Vaz 21099 and brought us to the very outskirts of Koktebel !!! Walking to the sea for 20-25 minutes is just awful, the hostel turned out to be unfinished, the walls were peeled off, in general, the horror is complete, I do not advise this travel agency !! Although the girl who sold the tour to us said that she doesn’t give tours to places where she herself hasn’t been ... and the pictures showed that hostel only those rooms in which the renovation was more or less completed and their quality was poor, when we arrived in Koktebel, a bunch immediately came running people offering housing and at better prices, we paid 100 UAH / person, upon arrival they offered 140 UAH for 2 people, but since the money was paid in advance, we had to live in those barracks that we were provided ((
