Terrible travel agency! I ordered an excursion to the Borzhava meadows, in front of me the seller called the dispatcher, specified the place on the bus, date, time, landing place, and also briefly told the route. No signs of trouble. BUT, firstly, they forgot to pick me up, it’s good that there was some number on the ticket, I called, a guy drove up and caught up with my bus. When landing, she asked again, or was it an excursion to the Borzhava halves, the guide Vasily said - yes, what you bought. Further, instead of my seat at the front of the bus, I was seated at the very tail, despite the fact that my seat was empty (the selection of passengers by resorts had just begun). When everyone was already assembled, then suddenly the guide began to talk not about the Borzhava meadows, but about Lake Synevyr! More than half of the tourists were shocked because they did not buy this tour. When asked why the route was changed and why no one said about it, the guide kept silent, offering to ask all questions to a specific ticket seller from their company. BUT, people gathered from different sanatoriums, everyone has different sellers - they couldn’t all make a mistake at once. When I asked why we were brought to some unknown lift to the mountain along the road, instead of Borzhava, which was left behind, they answered me that the mountains are the same everywhere and that I don’t like it, sit down and go up! Outrageous stupidity! Borzhava is unique in the Carpathians, and making an idiot out of a tourist, assuming that people will swallow everything they slip, is the height of rudeness. The trip itself was not calculated at all - instead of the promised 22-23 pm, we arrived back at 01:30 am, the guide Vasily left somewhere 60 km from the city, leaving the group for which he was responsible. The tour was terribly boring - it will be more fun in history lessons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!
