23. 07. 17 bought an excursion to Lviv for 4 adults and 3 children. When we bought the ticket, we were assured that the tour would be on a comfortable Neoplan bus for 50 seats with air conditioning. We were given seats in the middle of the bus. It's time for the trip. We are waiting for buses from other operators to arrive, but ours is not. We were waiting, and then the bus Toli Bogdan Toli Fatom drove up and they told us to go to our seats, and there are only 32 seats in this bus and our seats are the last ones, without air conditioning. We were told to sit down, open the hatches and the windows will be fine, but the fact that these are drafts does not care about it, and that a trip in the back row of seats will shake out all the guts. Then the dispatcher arrived and said that the bus broke down and this one left to replace it, and our opinion is that they saw that they had sold only 32 tickets and submitted this monster to drive the half-empty Neoplan. And the people who come will not do anything to them. The dispatcher said that they do not return the money, this is your problem, we filed a bus with a guide, and if you are not satisfied with your problems, the only thing we got from him is to transfer the tour to another day. But somehow there is no desire to go from this tour fira. The mood was spoiled for the whole Sunday, everyone was pounded with nerves. So a solid negative to this travel agency Ukraine Truskovets.
