when buying a tour, immediately ask who the guide is. If Vasily - refuse immediately!!!!!! Lazy incompetent boor. We took the "Cruise in Transcarpathia". Deception immediately - they gave a small minibus, you can’t see anything through the windows, you had to bend down all the time to see at least something. The guide Vasily tediously mumbled the same story 3 times along the way, probably hoping that no one was listening to him at 6 in the morning. In the castle of Palanok, he led everyone into the territory and said that the group had 20 minutes. for INDIVIDUAL sightseeing. !!!!! we managed to RUN through 2 tiers of one wing of the castle!!! other groups at this time were guided by their guides!!! to the remark that I would like to hear something, Vasily replied that we did not have much time and the tour was OVERVIEW! In Uzhgorod, history repeated itself: after a run along the embankment and a superficial overview of the castle, we were given an INDEPENDENT overview of the open-air museum in 20 minutes !! and this is 4 hectares of the museum! In Beregovo, instead of 1 hour for swimming in the thermal pool, we were given 45 minutes, we FOUND a guide along with a minibus around the far corners. He did not even try to gather a group! Despite the fact that the departure from Truskavets was at 5.40 in the morning, they gave us the opportunity to eat at 16.30 in a tasteless Hungarian restaurant. This "CRUISE" ended. To the remark that Vasily did not work even 50% of the excursion, he began to call names and insult people. We returned back in deathly silence, even without music, because the guide Vasily considered himself undeservedly offended. . . On the way, they asked us to stop drawing water from the pump room - no reaction! But we returned back 2.5 hours earlier than the time stated in the advertisement. This is the time that Vasily stole from us from paid excursions, which he was forced to conduct. So, people, if you find out that the guide VASILY is traveling with you, take the money right away, it's just wasted time and nerves !!!!.
