Never use the services of this company (sharashka office) if your money is dear to you. Two people from Skhidnitsa ordered excursions. For the first time, everything happened somehow more or less, although the guide got a real boor and mesontrope, but the positive driver and beautiful nature brightened up the sensations from him. But, for the second time, there was a complete puncture. The tour we ordered, the employees of the travel company, did not carry out in a timely manner, transferred it several times and constantly "fed breakfast" (apparently they wanted to get a larger group), after the next transfer, we asked to return our money. They never received the money, an employee of the company named Vladimir, in a rude manner, simply refused to return it. We have never seen such an attitude anywhere. Of course, we will contact the appropriate authorities, but they have already caused us trouble.
