Booked a trip for 6 people in Skhidnica. Left an advance payment of 200 UAH. 12 hours before departure, the younger one breaks her arm, and my wife and I take her to Lviv, where they do an operation in the morning. Let's go in what we had time to get dressed. The rest went to bring us things and money. We call the tour operator to warn, and there we are offered to pay the full cost, or they will calculate the money from the boy who sold this tour to us, director Vladimir allegedly will do so ..... My proposals to postpone the tour or other options were rejected. Then it became even more interesting, a certain Valentina called and rushed along again ..... she also didn’t react to the explanation of the situation and in the end they insulted me and sent me saying that I had planned it. I do not recommend these people to anyone. Reading the reviews below I am convinced of this.
