I wanted to go to Spain, I think there should be no problems (I was in the Czech Republic, Switzerland. Director of the company). I turned to Tourpartner for a visa. They helped so much that the embassy refused because of: "the hotel reservation was not confirmed). I called the company, they do not admit guilt, but offer to re-submit documents for free! but what's the point ??? I turned to the consumer protection society, they were not found (They washed away . there is no address on the website)
Not an honest company! I do not recommend to anyone!!!
