The kids don't really know what they're doing. As a result, I already found a review of their former employee, who wrote that this company only extorts money from customers, but does not provide services as such. Now I understand that this is actually true.

Maybe they can handle a visa to Egypt, China or India (although I saw a review that they screwed up with this), but America, Canada or Schengen are clearly not their level.
