This is not the first time I travel with this travel agency. I am completely satisfied with their service. We already have discount cards, this is our family travel agency. We did not have any delays or transfers. We took a bus tour: "Luxury weekend: Krakow-Vienna-Budapest". In principle, the organization was good, I just have nothing to say, no complaints. Information was provided on the place and time of the meeting, everything suited me. And our guide also completely suited us. Hotels, buses were no problem at all, the organization of the tour was at a high level. I recommend people to contact this agency and advise to go on this tour.
