WE ARE FORGOTTEN....

Arrived on 08/27/2015. We went for the first time to Bulgaria, Pomorie. We traveled by Bulgarian bus. We were 2 families, 6 people (4 adults + 2 children). We went to Bulgaria with the curator SASHA. Why curator, if there are 2 drivers. Sasha only announced that we had prepared passports, and then he handed them out, which he could do alone with the drivers. Sasha did not announce about the stop, not about the fact that when it would be possible to have lunch, dinner and breakfast. We ate on the go on the bus .... in dry food. They stopped for the toilet when they already .. simply couldn’t stand it .... the passengers asked the drivers! We drove back - we might not have come !! ATTENTION: They just forgot us ..... The voucher clearly says the same thing when disembarking in Pomorie: What back on 08/26/2015 we should be picked up in the new city of Pomorie at the bus station at 15.30 (arrive at the place for 15-30 min. before departure) We arrived at 15.00 with suitcases (we lived in the old Pomorie). and stayed until 4pm. The children whined. My child was generally sick, local infection, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc. At 16-05 they started to panic!!!! then, accidentally looking at my phone, thinking maybe my relatives wrote SMS and wished me a happy journey, I saw an SMS from the curator of the group. Friends SMS! I have tel. the whole rest lay in the room, on vibro ... I did not have roaming connected, I spoke with my relatives over no from tablets !!! We were 4 adults, the Tour Operator had all our phone numbers EVERYONE! and then this unfortunate SMS "We are waiting for you at 16-05 at the hotel Julia" ....... well .... if I had a phone. passed out, or I lost it, stole it, etc. WHAT SMS? WHAT JULIA?????? We are in Pomorie in a new city! started running, asking People where is it? JULIA? So what is this? It turned out that this is in St. Vlas there is a hotel Julia. NIGHTMARE!!!!!! at 16.15 hours. Go there 30 min.! The men took the phone from the taxi drivers and called the number from which this SMS came :(. They said that 10 minutes and they would pick us up. a young girl with a leaf and older, white, short-haired, smoked..... With dissatisfied mines!!!! to be honest with them ...... They stopped even less often than they went there ... People were indignant .... no dinner! no breakfast, no lunch!

In general, a terrible, simply disgusting organization!

P.S. buses drive around Romania, well, sooooo fast.
