Only salespeople work professionally (regarding BT). Services are sold, they are not responsible for the words. The money was paid, but the result is zero. Thus, after signing the contract, the manager could not be caught on the phone, and on Skype - ignore. Now we have the fact that the deadlines for obtaining a visa / departure are on fire (this is a flight into money), and the agency is not responsible for anything, no one knows anything and they advise you to relax and change your own plans.
We are discussing the issue with a lawyer about my next steps.
