The service was not provided, the money is in the return procedure from 10/12/18

On 04.10, an agreement was signed with the travel agency "Let's go with us" for a family trip, 4 people, to Barcelona. Prepayment 100%. With the travel agency, the dates of departure and hotel accommodation were agreed on 03.11-10.11.18. At the conclusion of the Agreement, it turned out that the service is provided by JoinUp. I felt with my ass that I had to leave, but I decided to take a chance, I even told the manager a joke.

On October 9, the agency reports that the carrier does not operate flights, there is a departure earlier than 20.10-27.10. Work on the side, birthday covered. I agree, but now we are waiting for confirmation from the hotel. We are waiting for a day (?!?!), no confirmation. They give an alternative, these offers are not suitable - they are much further from the center and the ratings are low. They find it, but without breakfast. 11.10 I confirm, again we are waiting for a day. 12.10. no confirmation. I am writing a letter to terminate the Treaty. Return within 14 business days days. 65 thousand UAH. just wallow in JoinUp. "Come with us" in words participate in the return, but as the travel agency says - we have nothing to do with it.

our secretary (this time was on a long sick leave). Everything was done in a day. Here, the coordination of the hotel lasts a day (in the contract up to 3 !!!!). Half a month money back!!

Fuck, I needed this "Come with us" pad just like JoinUp. Don't contact them.
