Good afternoon, I tried to get a police clearance certificate through this agency, as the online form offered with the ability to order delivery to work seemed convenient. This served as the selection criterion.

Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be not so convenient and 100% Ukrainian.

Long and lengthy searches for confirmation of payment (although the payment was made instantly through Privat and the scan of the payment was sent by mail), of course, an extremely responsible manager who is “pleasant” and “useful” in communication, giving conflicting information.

And the final accent - there is no and will not be a courier - come to our office - your “there is paper, we will return the money for the courier”

The arrival at the office was unexpected and interesting - just a plot for a comedy.

I called him and he doesn't pick up the phone.

- Has the order been paid? The system is not working..

What is the password, can't login

- In the system, the certificate is marked as issued ...

So where is it on the table?

- Talk to the client yourself.

(Strict and unfriendly extremely responsible manager - an attempt - to make me guilty)

- Here's the money for the courier - on Monday it will be delivered to you for free ...

Do you think everything .. nooo .. Call on Monday? Courier? Not in the Flying away format .. I’m calling our busy and responsible uncle - in a strict and thick voice - I looked at the request - there the certificate should be ready only today .. Come and everything will be fine with you .. But after 6 hours.

So, really think about whether you need such an adventure.

P.S. Not a single word - "Sorry" from the responsible and busy one did not sound
