Agent Anna was quite friendly, but when you go to a travel agency, you expect good services in organizing a vacation. Even on the phone I was assured that they could make for me exactly the hotel that I myself chose on the Internet. I wanted Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai. The reason is a hotel with excellent design, location and content, and most importantly, about 80% of non-Slavs rest there (I have nothing against it, but it’s more pleasant for me to lie on the beach and not understand other people’s conversations). So, in fact, it turned out "oh, something does not confirm the hotel, let's wait until tomorrow", then until tomorrow, and even so, they made it to the moment when there was a week left before departure. They gave me a Jumeirah Rixos full of Russians and Ukrainians. Why? Because they have a contract with this agency, that's all. Sell ​​is the only motto of the agency. Never again will I use the services of deceivers "yes of course we will 100% make the hotel you want" and at the exit we will suck in where we have higher commissions.
