The travel agency took the money, but did not provide the tour

Pridbali and paid for the tour to Buki on 07/16/2017 ..... and on 15.07 they phone the deposit and feed - and see? don't you go? the trip was quietly rescheduled and obviously the pennies were not returned.

Trying to get food, they phoned more than once at the office to "etno mandriv", the manager did not call with the director, wanting to order to transfer, so we check the return of pennies for another meal.

Miraculous service!! And true, how to write "ethno mandri":

- The company reserves the right to change the number, order and time of excursions or change them to equivalent ones and is not responsible for possible delays on the roads and weather conditions.

..... remembered your date of the tour, but now tell the clients??? they already took the pennies ..... for the tour, in which they didn’t go anywhere!

Well, on the website, the date of the tour was changed to 07/16/2017, but according to the tours to Buki, it is clear that the tour was planned for the skin week, and not Saturday.
