I had the imprudence to use the services of the Travel Sich travel agency ...

Bottom line: ruined vacation, lost money, wasted time, exhausted nerves!

Before concluding an agreement with Travel Sich, I informed the travel agent about the second change of surname (travel agent - Elena Bratchenko), asked the travel agent if there would be any questions when traveling abroad, asked to check, the answer was "everything is in order, the passport is valid."

On the day of departure, the border guard service of Ukraine banned travel abroad, referring to the fact that the passport is in the register of invalid documents.

The collection of documents for reimbursement by the insurance company is a separate topic about the unprofessionalism of Travel Sich ....

At first, Travel Sich employees make mistakes in writing my last name on the payment receipt, at my request to issue a correctly executed document, the receipt is issued with another error - now in the amount paid. In the Agreement - one amount, in the receipt - another ... Guys, Travel Sich, are you serious??!! Am I wasting my time driving across the city to your office for your next "jamb"? Have you heard about the fact that documents must be drawn up “a mosquito will not undermine the nose”?

Is this professionalism or a mockery of the client?!

After the insurance company refused to pay insurance compensation, I turned to Travel Sich with this question.

Answer: "we can refund the $20 manager's commission."

20 dollars?! And you tell me this after I paid you 340 bucks for the trip???!!!!

A MESS in paperwork, DISCHARGING of the company's employees, as a result of stress and loss of money, pleasant impressions and does not smell ...

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USE OF THIS COMPANY!!
