Ordinary holidays in Egypt

I used the services of this agency 2 times in 2009 and 2010, my friends also purchased vouchers in the summer of 2011.

1. Normal approach, i.e. I work and cannot come to the office during the appointed working hours of the agency. Employee Natalya went to work on a day off outside of working hours (for me, this is a very big indicator). Also, all the documents were brought to me to the nearest metro station for me.

2. The truth and only the truth. When choosing a hotel, real + and - are said. I even changed my mind and took another, recommended hotel and never regretted it.

3. They tell how to behave in a particular country, what to take, what not to take, what to believe and what not.

4. Pricing policy - average for Kiev.

5. I asked several times to select tours according to the criteria, they fulfilled them - but due to the fact that they didn’t let me go abruptly to work on vacation, I didn’t take anything from them, while the same normal relations remained.

Did not like:

1. It’s a long way for me to get to their office, it’s not convenient, terribly, but in general I don’t consider this a huge minus, because. my presence in the office was a one-time trip.

quite adequate and normal company.
