I applied for a Schengen visa through this agency. The employees prepared an incomplete package of documents, I had to finish their work at the visa center myself. The visa was issued, but canceled at the border, because the visa was issued with violations, not one of the documents prepared for me by the agency was not confirmed. An important trip for me did not take place! It seems that the employees of this agency, led by the director, do not understand what they are doing at all - they are incompetent and irresponsible. In addition to moral and material costs, I received nothing from this agency. They didn't refund the money and didn't even apologize. Bypass the dubious agency "Three Elephants"!
