On July 10, we ordered from a travel agency the issuance of an urgent passport for me and my husband in 10 days. The employee promised the deadline for issuing passports on July 20, July 24. Based on this, we purchased air tickets to Brussels on July 27 from Kiev. On the 25th, the employee reported that only my husband’s passport is ready. my passport disappeared in an unknown direction. to which an employee of the Far Far Away kingdom said that she had nothing to do with it without explanations and compensations, plus the plane tickets disappeared and the long-awaited vacation was ruined. in no case do not purchase travel services from these scammers.
