Very dishonest agency

We bought a tour on a coupon for 4775 UAH per person.

The price offer was very interesting and tempting. We were supposed to go on April 29 (it was planned as a honeymoon trip and the date was also important). For reasons unknown to us, our visa was delayed by the embassy. We did not find out the reasons for the delay, since the embassy said that they gave the answer to those who submitted documents, i.e. agency.

We found out about the delay only on April 30 (we got through to the embassy ourselves), i.e. the very next day after leaving. Although the agency asked us all this time to expect a passport (until the evening of the 28th)

At that time, the rest was already hopelessly ruined. The agency said that they could reschedule our trip, but at the same time we had to pay an additional 2400 UAH for the flight. Thus, we were left in an impasse - either pay extra money unexpected and unforeseen for us, or be denied a visa (because otherwise the agency would have taken the passports from the embassy) and in any case lose 1500 UAH for visa processing (and they have a visa cost 75 euros). Thus, we simply had no choice and had to pay extra money. In other words, not only was the vacation not on the scheduled dates, it was actually no longer at the promotional price.

But the most interesting thing, we found out later: almost the entire resting group had to pay extra money

- we (2 people) paid extra 2400 UAH for the delay at the embassy

- 4 people paid extra for a direct flight of 100 euros, although when we found out (however, like a number of other tourists) the flight was originally planned to be direct and aerosuit (because then they make a group transfer and start several transfers at different times and for the same group it would be very strange)

- two more people paid extra 2400 UAH for the fact that at first they thought to refuse the tour for family reasons, and then decided to go (on the same dates) and they were told that their ticket had already burned out

- they tried to persuade two more people to pay extra 100 euros for a direct flight, they refused and decided to fly indirect, but at the same time they flew on the same direct flight :)

- another woman paid extra 50 euros, since the flight did not take place on her date and she also had to pay extra for air travel for reasons that were not entirely clear to her (despite the fact that the tour turned out to be completely different from what she expected)

- about three people turned out to be "unreliable" for the embassy and, according to the agency, they had to leave a deposit of 200 euros at the agency, which theoretically they should return upon their presence (the fate of this money is still unknown, I hope everything will be fine with them and they will be calmly returned to them)

Perhaps there were other cases, unfortunately, not all tourists talked about this. But I know one thing too, all the people from our friendly group will no longer use the services of this agency

Interestingly, the couple who were supposed to cancel the trip did so on May 4, exactly the same day that we were forced to pay extra for air tickets. Those. logically, their tickets could either go to us and we didn’t have to pay extra, or stay with them - and then they shouldn’t have to pay extra. But they took a surcharge from both pairs (why not earn extra money).

Apparently, the operator wanted to get good advertising with the help of a coupon, but now it turned out to be some kind of completely anti-advertising ....
