For the first time I am faced with an obvious and very unpleasant consumer, including TOURIST fraud (this is insulting to tears) of the most unprotected layer - pensioners. The story of how my grandmother, due to her naivety and age (74 years old), attended the presentation of the BAUER company, how she signed a controversial contract (without a copy to the buyer) for the purchase of a pillow for 300 USD!!! from merino wool. And how she "won the tour". It all started with a presentation. A good hall, a sales department with a presentable appearance and chatter worse than "gypsy". Merino wool pillow for sale. Merino?s - this is a sheep, in the people - a ram, that's how you feel after this. Only 300 dollars, nonsense for a pensioner, but as a bonus - a wonderful tour to Turkey. And then it began ... Due to the fact that she did not have the entire amount available at that time, they took what was and "sold" this damn pillow in installments! By the way, the pillow is issued only after full payment. So, about the tour: Turkey, 5* hotel, excursions, entrance fees, meals. The only condition (about which they speak quickly and indistinctly) is to buy an air ticket. That's just about the air ticket granny to me and turned. And from what I heard, I slowly began to turn pale and draw out all the details of this event. As it turned out, these tickets can be purchased from BAUER partners, TRAVEL CLUB LLC (the company's website is disabled by the administration).

Calling this travel agency, they told me the cost for the air, from which even I, a person who is very familiar with the pricing of the tourist product, just hung for 10 seconds, realizing that they added well to the price and it turns out the usual such an average tour, not free, of course))) Having suggested the option that we ourselves buy air (oh gods, I was even ready to provide it), to put it mildly, they sent me far away. The guys working in this company wish you a speedy closure, cheating is the lowest. And I do not believe that there are no complaints against you, why do you still exist ???
