I am a tourism manager at Tartus Tour, Odessa. Booked a package tour to Croatia in August. Two days before departure, Ekaterina Krukova, the director, said that they could not supply visas to tourists. They promised a full refund. In order to maintain my professional reputation, I gave the tourists my personal money, on the word of Transtour. Still no money. →
