Manager Anastasia quickly and efficiently processed our request and picked up a tour for us. Honestly, without embellishing either the hotel or the services - for which many thanks to her.

There were no delays, everything was always on time. Representatives of the company were always happy to help and answer our questions on the territory of the hotel. I was very pleased with the prices for excursions - the operator makes big discounts, I didn’t have to look for where and from whom to buy excursions. A trip to Cairo is quite exhausting for both the guide and tourists. On the way, the guide talked about the life of the current Egyptians. In Cairo, we visited the museum, where another guide briefly and succinctly tried to tell about the history of ancient Egypt. On the Pyramids, unfortunately, it is very difficult to see these majestic structures, because very intrusive souvenir sellers did not leave you alone. Guides unobtrusively offered to buy tea, coffee - which is very convenient, there was no time to visit shops. I didn’t like the trip to the so-called oil factory (it’s free from Teztour))) - they brought us, made a presentation and sold us teas and oils at very expensive prices, we ended up buying cheaper at the hotel itself after bargaining. I especially liked the trip through the desert on ATVs (wear unnecessary clothes - everything was covered in dust) the guide Tatyana is a big smart girl - she tells very interesting and lively. Bathyscaphe with the underwater world is very mesmerizing. An excursion to the aquarium together with sand figures is interesting for families with small children. Everywhere we were photographed or filmed - then they offered to buy discs with photos and videos at a price of 15 to 25 dollars. It is noticeable that out of the amount we spent on excursions, employees are not paid much. I would like to wish the Teztour company to increase the amount of payments to guides and their employees. And in general, in Egypt they are very waiting and love tipping absolutely everywhere, despite the fact that everything is inclusive. Representatives of the company took care of us always. If we didn’t get dinner or breakfast because of the excursions, we ordered dry ones for us in advance. Many thanks to the company and staff for a good holiday. Good luck and prosperity.
