We arrived in Turkey and we were not settled in the hotel that we chose. We were taken to a terrible building without stars without anything and asked us to wait there, but people lived there for up to three days and waited to be moved to the More Beach Hotel. We were allowed to stay on the territory of the hotel, swim in the hotel pool, walk, but there were no rooms and therefore we went to sleep in a neighboring hotel, I don’t remember the name. The next day, a guide from TezTour came and started to run into us, that it was our agents who confirmed our vacation before they gave confirmation.
