I do not recommend applying for services to the travel agency 'Tours in Ukraine'

This year (2017), when choosing a vacation spot, my family and I used the services of the travel agency "Tours in Ukraine" (FOP Tarkovskaya N.I., Ukraine, Zhytomyr, Peremogi St., 43, building 1) which we soon regretted . So, the tour operator immediately violated its obligations prescribed in the tourist voucher.

In particular, paragraph 1.1.2. obligations of the tour operator, it is provided that, I quote “The company undertakes to: Provide the Customer with full information about the tour, rights, obligations, safety rules and rules of conduct on the route”, which was not done. Not only complete, but in general any information about the trip, with the exception of the place of rest, date, time and place of departure was not provided.

Firstly: only upon arrival at the place of rest in the Iron Port, vacationers from the Zhytomyr region, who used the services of this travel agency, are in for a very unpleasant surprise. You will be informed that after the end of your holiday you will have to leave your room at the boarding house until 8.00 am, and the bus home will not be until 16.00 and you will have to spend 8 hours somewhere. You are lucky if the weather is good then you can spend this time by the sea, but if not, you will be forced to huddle somewhere while waiting for the bus home.

Secondly, the travel time from Zhytomyr to the Iron Port (Kherson region) was 13 hours with stops, the travel time back was 14 hours with stops. It seemed that this was done on purpose to increase the cost of the tour operator's transport services. And given the fact that in order to increase the number of passengers, the agency's buses have additional seats, the distance between which is reduced to a minimum, these trips turn into a serious test.

Thirdly: the tourist voucher indicates the total cost of the trip, and in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law, this amount must be written and clearly indicated the cost of rest in a boarding house, the cost of tour operator services and the cost of travel to and from the place of rest, which is not was done (probably this is not very profitable for the tour operator) if we knew in advance that the services of the tour operator and the cost of travel to the place of rest and back would be about 1 yew. UAH per person and the situation described above, we would go by our own car, and not by the tour operator's bus.

And finally, bus drivers allow themselves to make comments to passengers about their luggage, as well as yell at passengers, which, in my deep conviction, is generally unacceptable and speaks of a low level of staff culture.
