This year (2017), when choosing a vacation spot, my family and I used the services of the travel agency "Tours in Ukraine" (FOP Tarkovskaya N.I., Ukraine, Zhytomyr, Peremogi St., 43, building 1) which we soon regretted . So, the tour operator immediately violated its obligations prescribed in the tourist voucher. In particular, paragraph 1.1.2. obligations of the tour operator, it is provided that, I quote “The company undertakes to: Provide the Customer with full information about the tour, rights, obligations, safety rules and rules of conduct on the route”, which was not done. → |
