The program of the tour is excellent, but there are nuances

I went with Tamtour for the first time: “3 days in a fairy tale”, I will tell you my impressions - suddenly it will come in handy for someone.

The program itself is cool, the scope of interesting things is wide, the way there and back is quite comfortable, despite the 12 hours of sitting on the bus. Stops every 3 hours, pro drivers - just wonderful. The group gathered was large, 70 people, a full double-decker bus, because of this, the organization of our vacation suffered. Even each of our local guides (there were three of them) paid attention to such a “wow-rather-big-group”.

Feeding stretched into parts (we ate in groups in small cafes), once the bus left for the base without us (they forgot to wait). An excursion announced in the tour program for 180 UAH. to Kolochava, for some unexplained reason, turned into 200 UAH (17 people x 20 UAH = ...), at first they waited 45 minutes (for some reason they brought us earlier), as a result, it turned out that our tour was not booked at all in advance and there was simply no free guide. The answer of Tamara, the leader of the trip, was simply touching: “Well, why are you nervous - well, join some group, no one has ever complained!”. As a result, a group of 17 people just looked around and looked into the windows of closed houses - for some reason they didn’t want to take us to their company for free.

The money for visiting the thermal springs was handed over in an organized way to the leader of the trip - as a result, for some reason, our vacation also cost more for everyone by 10 UAH than was indicated in the check (70 people x 10 UAH = ...). Coincidence? In general, these are trifles - but the sediment remained
