Relaxed with family in this hotel. Book a vacation through the travel agency TUI. Book a Delux Family Junior Room with two rooms in the main building of Venice. I'll start with the arrival at the hotel. We arrived at 16:00 and waited for the check-in for another hour until we made the key. We were taken to a cheap room, which we did not book, old, ugly, smelly, dark, with a broken lamp and a fungus near the bath. When we returned to the reception we were told that they did not have a reservation for rooms, that everything was happening on the spot, that all tour operators were making money, and they were here for nothing. Our expensive booked room and a lot of money spent on it just flew to the wind. To our indignation that we would not live in this horrible room, in which we were pushed hard, they said that at best we would stay in a two-room cheap room in the main building of Venice.

But these are not the ones we paid a lot of money for, this is double flour for our family to our great indignation, all they could say is that choose or live in a beautiful dark room or a standard modern double, because all other rooms are occupied. Decided with both the tour operator TUI and the hotel, the result is 0, know that you will be divorced in this hotel for big money, together with the travel agency TUI, carry out big machinations with numbers and the appearance of money.

This is our experience, maybe you will find something useful, we are very unhappy with this hotel and travel agency TUI on Shota Rustaveli, manager Cornelia, and we will never come back here, be careful with that.
