Absolutely incompetent employees, ignorance, inability, lack of professionalism. Even I could see mistakes in the process, but the excuse was "iron" - experience in obtaining visas since 1996. But alas, the refusal was due to the fault of the agency, which further spoiled my visa history. Rating 0 !
