bad, bad, bad!

We did visas through TK-Welt, before my parents cooperated with this company, everything was fine, last year I ordered visas for friends, everything is also fine, this year I made visas for myself, called, talked with the owner of the company Stefan, agreed to send documents By Nova Poshta, in order not to spend extra money on getting to Kyiv, I sent the documents as agreed with the operator, wrote (at their request) on a piece of paper what I need to do, how to send the documents back, contact phone numbers, in general, everything is by prior arrangement. As a result, the operator Oksana called my wife, got nasty, said that we did everything wrong, and she didn’t know anything, to my wife’s assurances that we agreed, the answer was: “I don’t know anything, they didn’t agree with me!” Well, okay, we figured it out, found a compromise (I had to call myself). They made visas quickly, exactly in a week, but the trouble is that they sent it by the Express Mail carrier, they didn’t consult with us whether it would be convenient for us or not, they just sent it and informed us. I was killed by the fact that there is no representative office of this carrier in our city !!!, and now I need to go for documents to the regional center for 200 km one way, I have not seen worse service, I am not going to apply to this company anymore.
