Sanitary stops are a separate issue altogether. When leaving Romania, and this was late at night, he ordered (!) All tourists to visit the toilet (and this is an unlit room without the slightest convenience), since "we go further to Odessa without stopping". To the objection "let's get to a civilized restroom" he answered "I'm here deciding where to stop and where not." In general, our wish to the travel agency will be - do not lose your image with such personnel, teach the culture of communication to your employees, because it is a shame for the state.
