DISGUSTING INDIFFERENCES!

God, where are the positive reviews for this operator?? PEOPLE, if you don't want to spoil your holiday for yourself and your tourists, NEVER contact TC-Welt. What overlays did my group of tourists have:

1) We arrived at the hotel, but there were no places in the hotel !!! The director of the hotel explained this by the fact that Velt never transfers money to the hotel when booking, and can pay for about 9 months. This happened to my travelers too...

2) The alternative was offered DISGUSTING, initially there was a reservation in 4 stars. hotel, but they offered a hotel 3ku, where there is no hot water and heating!!

3) They DID NOT KNOW about the presence of the second application!! It just got lost somewhere, and for an hour they wandered all over Bansko, because didn't know where the hotel was!

3) THEY DIDN'T ORGANIZE A TRANSFER!!!!!!!You can imagine, tourists with suitcases got to the station on their own, ALTHOUGH everything was paid for by the voucher.

4) Absolutely incompetent host, they barely speak Russian, they don’t explain anything, they didn’t even call the time of the meeting ....

ONE TOTAL DISASTER!!!!!!!!!!
